The French birds story

Hi, to the pigeons that I recently met with, when my husband and I visited the beautiful city of Paris.
I studied these French birdies as we sat in the beautiful sunshine on the evening that we arrived.
 I still wonder what they were discussing.... Can you guess?
Was it the April shower that had just passed providing them with a beautiful puddle to bathe in?
